OUR SEAFOOD MENU

Fresh Fish and Crustacean Specialities

On the menu at Ristorante L’Assaggio you will find a careful selection of dishes based on fish and shellfish from our seas.

Each dish is characterised by the freshness of the raw materials and by a refined processing, but careful to respect and enhance the flavours, with a touch of originality.

From first courses such as our famous spaghetti vongole e bottarga or fregola all’assaggio di mare, to the most popular second courses such as cuttlefish, sea bream, tuna… Ristorante L’Assaggio is the fixed stop in San Pantaleo for those who love seafood cuisine.

LA SPECIALITA'

Raw Fish

Undoubtedly one of the most popular dishes among the many tourists and locals who choose us to savour the delicacies of our seas, our crudo is unique.

Only the finest choice of Oysters, Nephrops, Red Prawns and Gilthead Seabream, served on a bed of nori seaweed and for the more adventurous who like to experiment, accompanied by sauces that wink at the Orient: wasabi, ginger, fruit misticanza and soy.
